dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá onemocněním vyvolaným virem herpes simplex a infor-movaností žen ve fertilním věku v oblasti této problematiky. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. První kapitola teoretické části práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku herpetických virů, patogenezi, klinické projevy, diagnostiku, léčbu a pre-venci. Rizika, způsobena herpetickými viry, jsou popsána v druhé kapitole. Závěrečná část se věnuje managementu herpes simplex infekce v těhotenství. Praktická část bakalářské práce se koncentruje na informovanost a vědomosti dotazovaných žen v oblasti herpetic-kých infekcí. Na závěr byl vytvořen edukační materiál, který může být zdrojem užitečných informací z této problematiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the diseases caused by herpes simplex virus and awareness of women of childbearing age in this subject. This bachelor thesis is divided on two parts theoretical and practical. The first theoretical charter is focused on the characteristics of herpes viruses, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Risks caused by herpes viruses are described in the second part. The final part is devoted to the management of HSV infection in pregnancy. The practical part concentrates on the awareness and knowledge of women surveyed about herpes infection. In conclusion was created educational material, that can be a source of useful information on this subject.
