dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu věku na plodnost žen v souvislosti s anti-müllerian hormonem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o fertilitě žen i mužů, biologických hodinách žen a odkládání mateřství. Dále se zabývá problematikou anti-müllerian hormonu v průběhu života ženy, jeho měření a hladiny v séru. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jaká je informovanost žen ve fertilním období o anti-müllerian hormonu. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zpracovány v tabulkách a grafech. Výstupem je zpracování edukačního materiálu pro ženy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the influence of the age on the fertility of women in the context of anti-müllerian hormone. The work is divided into two parts the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains information on fertility of both men and women, biological clock of women and postponement of maternity. It also deals with the issue of anti-müllerian hormone during a woman's life and the measurement and levels of this hormone in the serum. The aim of the practical part is to find out what is the awareness of women in the childbearing period of the anti-müllerian hormone. The results of the research are processed in tables and graphs. The output is the processing of educational material for women.
