dc.description.abstract	Záměrem práce je zjistit a popsat rozpory mezi požadovanými zájmy různých okolních subjektů na středisko a jeho reálnými dispozicemi. Pro zvolený problém je s ohledem na povahu zkoumaného problému využita kvalitativní metoda zakotvené teorie. Pro potřeby výzkumu byla důležitá kvalita získaných dat, která byla získána metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky vybraného střediska. Analýza a interpretace dat byla realizována metodou tvorby analytického příběhu. Součástí výsledků práce je teoretický model vztahů mezi vzniklými kategoriemi, jejichž interpretace podává faktický pohled na zkoumanou problematiku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The intention of this thesis is to identify and describe the differences between the desired interests of various entities in institutional education of children and youth and its real dispositions. For this chosen problem is due to the nature of problem used qualitative theory method. For the purposes of the research, was an important indicator a quality of the data, which were obtained by interviews with employees in selected centres. Analysis and interpretation of the data was carried out by the method of analytical story. Part of the results of this thesis is theoretical model of relations developed between categories which interpretation gives a factual view of problem.
