dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá připraveností absolventů oboru Všeobecná sestra na výkon profese. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První kapitola popisuje historii ošetřovatelství, koncepci ošetřovatelství a vymezuje požadavky na současnou sestru. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje profesi sestry. Třetí kapitola popisuje historii vzdělávání sester a současné vzdělávání sester. Praktická část se realizovala formou rozhovorů s absolventy oboru Všeobecná sestra a jejich staničními sestrami. Praktická část zjišťuje, jak studium na vysoké škole připravilo absolventy oboru Všeobecná sestra na výkon profese, jakým způsobem byl zorganizován praktický výcvik na vysoké škole a jak vzpomínají absolventi oboru Všeobecná sestra na nástup do pracovního procesu. Práce dále zkoumá názor staničních sester na absolventy oboru Všeobecná sestra a jejich včlenění do zdravotnického kolektivu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the preparedness of nurse graduates to nursing profession. This bachelor thesis includes a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the history of nursing, the nursing concepts and it defines the requirements for current nurse. The second chapter characterises the nursing profession. The third chapter describes the history of nurse education and current nurse education. The practical part was realized through interviews with the nurse graduates and their ward sisters. The practical part investigates how university study has prepared the nurse graduates to nursing profession, how the practical training was organised at university and the nurse's graduates memories of their entering to work. The thesis also explores the point of view of ward sisters on the nurse graduates and the integration of nurse graduates into the medical team.
