V bakalářské práci se zabýváme celkovou anestezií a podrobným popisem možných komplikací. Teoretická část popisuje historii anestezie, základní rozdělení a průběh celkové anestezie. Přehledně charakterizuje nejčastěji používané farmaka, základní pomůcky, předoperační vyšetření a zajištění průchodnosti dýchacích cest typické pro anestezii. Popisuje specifika celkové anestezie u dospělých i u dětí a důkladně se věnuje možným perioperačním a pooperačním komplikacím vzniklých při celkové anestezii, jejím teoretickým poznatkům, včasné diagnóze a moderní léčbě. V praktické části jsme zvolily názorné kazuistiky s popisem komplikovaných situací, léčbou a komplexní ošetřovatelskou péčí. V kazuistikách zachycujeme rizikové situace, které se můžou vyskytnout u každého z nás, když se necháme operovat v celkové anestezii. Po-skytneme zainteresované odborné veřejnosti návod k rozpoznání, léčbě a péči o pacienty s těmito komplikacemi. |

The purpose of this thesis is to gain an in depth understanding of general anaesthesia and its possible risks and complications. The theoretical part deals with the history of anaesthesia, the types of anesthesia and its stages. It summarizes the most commonly used anaesthetic agents, basic equipment, the preoperative risk assessment and the airway management typical for anaesthesia. Additionally, it describes not only the specifics of children's and adults´ general anaesthesia but as well analyses the possible perioperative and postoperative complications, its theoretical background, the early diagnose and modern treatment. The practical part contains the illustrative case studies with the description of complicated situations, the medical treatment and the complex aftercare. The case studies reflects critical situations related to the general anaesthesia. It will offer a guide how to recognise the complications, how to provide medical treatment and how to care about the patiens with these complications. |
