dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace a podávání léků. V teoretické části jsou popsány zásady správného vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace a zásady správného podávání léků. V praktické části je cílem, pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření, zjistit nejčastější pochybení sester při vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace a při podávání léků. Dále zjišťuje příčiny pochybení sester v uvedených oblastech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The final undergraduate study deals with the maintenance of nursing documentation and provision of medicine. The theoretical part describes the right nursing documentation maintenance principles and the principles behind the correct provision of medicine. The objective of the practical part is to find out, with the assistance of an anonymous questionnaire survey, the most frequent mistakes done by nurses when preparing the nursing documentation or providing medicine. It also looks for causes of the mistakes made by nurses in these areas.
