Tato bakalářská práce popisuje botanický vývoj, historii pěstování vinné révy a rozvoj vinařství od nejstarších dob až do konce 20. století. Zabývá se jak historií celé Evropy, tak historií České republiky. V další části popisuje geografické rozložení vinné révy v závislosti na klimatu a půdních podmínkách. Poslední část této práce mapuje spotřebu vína v České republice a dovoz vína do České republiky. |

This Bachelor thesis describes botanical development, history of wine growing, and development of wine-making from earliest times to the end of the twentieth century. It deals with history of the whole of Europe as well as history of the Czech Republic. In other part, it describes geographic distribution of grapevine depending on climate and soil condi-tions. The last part of the Thesis maps wine consumption in the Czech Republic and im-porting of wine to the Czech Republic. |
