dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci bude řešena problematika služeb, poskytovaných na Katastrálním úřadě pro Zlínský kraj. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části bude vysvětlen marketing veřejné správy a význam služeb, marketingového výzkumu a SWOT analýzy. Praktická část bude zaměřena na stručný popis Katastrálního úřadu pro Zlínský kraj a služeb, které poskytuje. Tato část dále obsahuje jednoduchou SWOT analýzu a seznamuje s výsledky průzkumu, které byly získány na základě dotazníku, který byl určen pro zákazníky katastrálního úřadu. Cílem této analýzy je zjistit, jak jsou zákazníci spokojeni s poskytovanými službami, s jejich rozsahem a kvalitou. Jak jsou spokojeni s doplňkovými službami a přístupem zaměstnanců katastrálního úřadu. Závěr bakalářské práce je pak věnován návrhům na zlepšení poskytovaných služeb.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor paper deals with the services provided by The cadastre office of the Zlín region. The bachelor paper consists of two parts; the theory and practical part. Public administration marketing, the importance of service, marketing research and SWOT analysis will be explained in the theoretical part. Practical part will focus on brief description of The cadastre office of the Zlín region and its services. This part also contains simple SWOT analysis and presents the results of the questionnaire survey conducted among the clients of cadastre office. The aim of the survey was to find out whether the clients are satisfied with the services; especially regarding extend and quality. The complementary service and the attitude of The cadastre office of the Zlín region employees is also mentioned. In the conclusion of the bachelor paper the author focuses on the suggestions how to improve the services of The cadastre office of the Zlín region.	en
