Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika pracovní motivace strážníka městské policie. Cílem je hledání některých významných faktorů ovlivňujících motivaci strážníka městské policie k výkonu služby. V úvodní části diplomové práce je teoreticky zpracována problematika motivace, její podstata, význam, některé teorie motivace a motivační prostředky. Zpracování této části problematiky je postaveno na analýze dat dostupných v tištěných i lektronických monografiích, učebnicích a odborných článcích. Další část diplomové práce je věnována charakteristice obecní policie a obecních strážníků a snaze o zjištění motivačních činitelů, které významně ovlivňují jejich pracovní činnost. Praktická část diplomové práce sestává z kvantitativního šetření pomocí dotazníkového výzkumu, který probíhal na území města Brna. Jeho snahou bylo postihnout všechny revíry městské policie v dané lokalitě. Výzkum je zaměřený na vyhodnocení motivačních faktorů strážníků městské policie k výkonu služby. Diplomová práce obsahuje, zhodnocení současného stavu, i doporučení, jakým směrem by se měla ubírat v budoucnosti manažerská činnost řídících složek městské policie při utváření motivačních nástrojů strážníka městské policie. |

The main theme of the thesis is the issue of worker motivation, an officer of the municipal police. The goal is to find some of the important factors affecting the motivation of the municipal police officer for the performance of services. In the introductory part of the diploma thesis is theoretically handled the issue of motivation, its essence, importance, some theories of motivation and motivational resources. This section of the processing is based on an analysis of data available in printed as well as electronic monographs, textbooks, and professional articles. Another part of the thesis is dedicated to the characteristics of the municipal police and municipal police officers and an attempt to identify the motivating factors that significantly affect their work. The practical part of the thesis consists of a quantitative investigation by questionnaire research, which took place on the territory of the city of Brno. His aim was to cover all grounds of the municipal police in the locality. Research is focused on the evaluation of the motivational factors of the municipal police officers for the performance of services. The thesis contains an assessment of the current state of, and recommendations on what direction it should take in the future managerial activities management components of the municipal police in shaping the motivational tools, an officer of the municipal police. |
