dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úroveň bydlení v obecních bytech v městské části Brno-Žabovřesky. První část nás teoreticky seznamuje s pojmem bydlení, typy a formami bydlení. Zabývá se vlivem kvality bydlení na proces formování chování člověka ve společnosti. Objasňuje, jakou funkci vykonává obec při správě a pronájmu bytového fondu. Druhá část zjišťuje míru spokojenosti nájemců obecních bytů s vlastním bydlením a ochotu spolupracovat na zlepšení okolí pro zvýšení jeho úrovně. Hledá odpověď na otázku, zda stávající nájemci považují bydlení v obecním bytě za dlouhodobé vyřešení své bytové potřeby.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the standard of living in municipal flats in Brno-Žabovřesky. The first theoretical part introduces us to the concept of housing types and forms of housing. It deals with the impact of housing quality on the process of shaping human behavior in society. It explains what function community performs in managing and renting flats. The second part tries to find out the level of satisfaction of public housing tenants of their own housing and a willingness to work together to improve their neighborhood to increase its level. It also looks for the answer whether the present tenants consider living in a municipal flat as a long term resolution of their housing needs.	en
