dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o fenoménu stáří a o seniorech, umístěných v rezidenčním zařízení. Definuji pojmy, které spadají do problematiky stáří a stárnutí, soustředím se na systém ústavní péče o seniory od historického vývoje ústavní péče až po etické principy ústavní péče o seniory. Také se věnuji seniorům v rezidenční péči, tedy důvodům k odchodu do ústavního zařízení, adaptaci seniora na pobyt v domově, potřebám seniorů a jejich aktivizaci. Snažím se zhodnotit, zda zkvalitňování služeb a péče o seniory odpovídá současnému stavu sociálních podmínek rezidenčních zařízení, a také získat poznatky o sociálních podmínkách zkoumaného zařízení z pohledu jeho klientů. Cílem této práce je tedy analýza sociálních podmínek rezidenční péče ve vztahu k seniorům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My graduation thesis describes the phenomenon of aging and seniors in residential facility. I define concepts related to old age and ageing. I focus on the system of institutional care for the seniors from the historical development of institutional care to the ethical principles of institutional care for the seniors. I regard to seniors in residential care, reasons for leaving to the residential institution, senior?s adaptation to stay in the residential institution, and the needs of seniors and their activation. I try to assess whether the improvement of residential care services for seniors correspondents to the current state of social conditions in residential facilities in relation to seniors. I would like to gain knowledge about the social conditions of the studied facility from the perspective of clients. So, the aim of this thesis is to analyze social conditions of residential care in relation to seniors.	en
