dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat skutečnost dodržování kompetencí všeobecných sester v oblasti ošetřování chronických ran. Hlavním ukazatelem práce je průzkumné šetření, které se zaměřuje na znalosti sester o chronických ranách a na znalosti o moderních materiálech. Dále se bude zabývat otázkou, zda jsou sestry skutečně kompetentní k ošetřování chronických ran, vzhledem k jejich vzdělání a zda by přijaly vyšší kompetence při lokálním ošetřování chronických ran. Celá práce je porovnána mezi sestrami v Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a mezi sestrami z nemocnice v Uherském Hradišti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to map the reality in keeping competencies of nurses in the care of chronic wounds. The main indicator of this work is a survey that focuses on nurses' knowledge about chronic wounds and knowledge of modern materials. It shall also exam-ine whether nurses are truly competent in treating chronic wounds, due to their education and if they had accepted higher competence in the local treatment of chronic wounds. The whole work is compared among nurses in Krajská nemocnice Tomáše Bati in Zlín and among nurses from the hospital in Uherské Hradiště.	en
