dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je charakterizovat rodinnou péči o seniory v současných podmínkách České republiky. Teoretická část ukazuje medicínské a psychologické pojetí stáří a seznamuje s tělesnými i psychickými změnami organismu během stáří. Kromě toho je zde popsána domácí péče, její pozitiva a negativa. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku rodinné péče z hlediska poměru její kvality pro seniory a náročnosti pro pečující. Mapovány jsou způsoby relaxace v závislosti na náročnosti péče.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The role of the family in senior care The aim of the work is to characterize the family senior care in current conditions of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part shows medicinal and psychological concept of old age and familiarizes with somatic and psychic changes of organism during senescence. Besides, home care and its sunny and shady sides are described. The practical part includes the characterization of the family care from the viewpoint of its quality for seniors and demands to caring persons. Methods of relaxation in dependence to effortfulness of the care are mapped.	en
