Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem šikany na pracovišti. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou definovány druhy šikany na pracovišti, především co je to mobbing a bossing. Dále práce popisuje, čím se vyznačují, jaké jsou jejich fáze a strategie, kdo je pachatel a kdo oběť, jaká je ochrana před tímto negativním jevem. V neposlední řadě práce také informuje o možnostech jeho řešení. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of bullying in the workplace. The individual chapters define forms of bullying in the workplace, especially mobbing and bossing. Furthermore, it also describes what is typical of them, what their phases are, who the perpetrator and the victim is, and how to prevent this negative phenomenon from happening. Last but not least, the thesis also discusses how to solve those issues. |
