Diplomová práce se zabývá výskytem sociálně nežádoucích jevů v prostředí Armády České republiky, genderovou atmosférou, rovnými příležitostmi mužů a žen v resortu MO, NATO, EU a primární prevencí. Cílem je popsat výskyt sociálně nežádoucích jevů, které se objevují v prostředí AČR. Práci tvoří 3 hlavní oblasti. První kapitola vysvětluje, co jsou sociálně nežádoucí jevy, jejich hlavní subjekty, objekty, cíle, zneužívání návykových látek, nezdravé mezilidské vztahy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá genderovou atmosférou, nežádoucím chováním sexuální povahy, mobbingem a bossingem. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na primární prevenci, volný čas, vzdělávání a zdravý životní styl. Čtvrtá, praktická kapitola, zjišťuje názory a postoje vojáků a vojákyň z povolání a občanských zaměstnanců k problematice sociálně nežádoucích jevů v prostředí AČR. |

The dissertation deals with occurrence of socially undesirable phenomenons within the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic (ACR), with gender atmosphere, equal opportunities of men and women within the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic, NATO and EU, and with primary prevention. The objective is to describe the socially undesirable phenomenons in the ACR. The work consists of four main chapters. The first one explains what the socially undesirable phenomenons are like, their main features, objectives, drug abuse, unhealthy human relations. The second chapter deals with gender atmosphere, undesirable sexual behaviour, mobbing and bossing. The third chapter concentrates on primary prevention, spare time, education and healthy lifestyle. The fourth, practical chapter describes opinions and attitudes of woman and man carrier soldiers and civilian employees on socially undesirable phenomenons within the ACR. |
