dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje specifické oblasti vzdělávání osob v postproduktivním věku. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu stárnutí, stáří. Dále podrobně popisuje možnosti vzdělávání seniorů, jejich motivaci k vzdělávání a vědy, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Praktická část je zpracována kombinovaným výzkumem, jehož cílem je zjištění charakteristiky typického vzdělávajícího se seniora, jeho motivace k dalšímu vzdělávání a vlivu edukace na kvalitu života seniora. Praktická část je doplněna o náměty, jak poznatky prakticky využít ke zvýšení zájmu seniorů o další vzdělávání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	These thesis sought to explore the specific area regarding the education of persons of advanced age. The first part deals with the definition of old age and ageing. It then describes in detail the senior education possibilities, their motivation for education and sciences related to this issue. The practical part of thesis is focused on a combined methods research aimed to identify the characteristics of typical educating seniors, their motivations for education, and the impact of this education on the quality of a senior's life. The practical part is supplemented by subjekt on how to practically use the knowledge for increasing the interest of the seniors for next education.	en
