Tématem diplomové práce je: Sociálně-právní ochrana dětí. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výklad právních norem upravující tuto oblast a dále na objasnění pojmů rodina, vybrané druhy náhradní rodinné péče (výchovy) a sexuální zneužívání, týrání a zanedbávání dětí. Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit veřejnost s oblastí sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a zároveň ji upozornit na to, že jelikož v současnosti velké množství rodin prochází krizí, tak každodenně dochází k porušování dětských práv. K zachycení názorů a postojů spoluobčanů na sociálně-právní ochranu dětí byl využit kvantitativní výzkum, který má podobu dotazníků. |

The topic of the thesis is: Socio-legal child protection. The thesis is focused on the interpretation of laws governing this area and further on the clarification of concepts family, selected types of foster care (education) and sexual abuse, child abuse and neglect. The aim of this thesis is to acquaint the public with the area of socio-legal child protection and at the same time it noted that since at present a large number of families are going through a crisis and the daily violations of children's rights. To capture the views and attitudes of citizens on social and legal protection of children was utilized quantitative research, in the form of questionnaires. |
