Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na úlohu komunikace jako nedílné součásti firemní kultury v procesu řízení lidských zdrojů. V teoretické části se zabývá charakteristikou personálního řízení, realizovaného prostřednictvím specifických činností, rozdílnými přístupy k vedení lidí, formami interní komunikace i problémy a bariérami, které mohou v tomto procesu vzájemné výměny informací nastat. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu konkrétních personálních činností, uskutečňovaných v podmínkách organizace veřejného sektoru a výzkum menšího rozsahu. Jeho účelem bylo nalezení odpovědi na otázku, jakým způsobem komunikace, jejíž povaha je určována souhrnem interních pravidel a hodnot, sdílených v organizaci, ovlivňuje chování, spokojenost a pracovní výkon zaměstnanců. |

The thesis is focused on the role of communication as an integral part of corporate culture in the process of human resources management. The theoretical part deals with characteristics of personnel management implemented through specific activities, different approaches to leadership, forms of internal communication, and problems and barriers which can occur in this process of mutual exchange of information. The practical part includes specific personnel activities carried out in terms of public sector and research on a small scale. Its purpose was to answer the question of how communication, the nature of which is determined by the sum of internal rules and values shared in the company, influences the behaviour, satisfaction and job performance of employees. |
