Bakalářská práce se pokouší objasnit podíl probační a mediační služby v procesu uplatňování principů restorativní justice do trestní praxe. První kapitola je věnována restorativní justici a jejím přednostem oproti justici retributivní. V následující kapitole je podán přehled alternativních opatření, která v současné době nabízí české trestní právo. Další část práce je věnována Probační a mediační službě, její historii, organizaci, cílům a principům činnosti. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá jednotlivými odbornými agendami činnosti Probační a mediační služby, jejichž prostřednictvím pracovníci Probační a mediační služby uvádějí principy restorativní justice do života. V praktické části je na konkrétních případech z praxe představena práce Probační a mediační služby. |

Bachelor thesis attempts to explain the portion of Probation and Mediation Service in the process of applying the principles of restorative justice (also called reparative justice) in criminal practice. The first chapter is aimed to restorative justice and its advantages compared to retributive justice. The next chapter is an overview of alternative measures, which are currently included in the Czech Criminal Law. Next part is aimed to the Probation and Mediation Service, its history, organization, goals and principles. The final chapter deals with particular professional agendas of Probation and Mediation Service, through which Probation and Mediation Service workers use principles of restorative justice in practice. Practical part is focused on introduction of Probation and Mediation Service in specific practical cases. |
