Nastiňuje prvky a pravidla efektivní komunikace zdravotnických pracovníků se seniory a přibližuje pojem ageismus. V praktické části jsou zjišťovány znalosti všeobecných sester o ageismu, ale také jejich přístup ke starým lidem.	cs
