dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá faktory ovlivňující zátěž mužů a možnosti interakce v sociálním prostředí. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce jsou popsány sociální interakce v rodinném a pracovním prostředí. Faktory vyplývající z osobnosti a jejich vliv na zátěž mužů. Poukazuje na možnosti eliminace zátěže mužů poznáním teorií sociální pedagogiky, sociální psychologie a rodinného práva. Dále na řešení pomocí možnosti instituční a poradenské. Praktická část práce obsahuje průzkum, nakolik policisté jsou ochotni využít poradenské a instituční pomoci, jakým nejčastějším způsobem se vyrovnávají s psychickou zátěží a jaká je schopnost jejich rodin samostatně řešit problémy v nepřítomnosti svých mužů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis in the theoretical part deals with factors, that have influence on the load of men and opportunity of interaction in social environment. There is description of social interaction in family and working environment in every chapter. It deals with factors following from character and its influence on the load of men. It points out to opportunity of elimination of the load of men with help of learning theories of social pedagogy, social psychology and family law. And points out to an institutional and an advisory help too. The empirical part contains research of willingness of the policemen to use an institutional and an advisory help, what is the most common way of coping with psychical load and what is the ability of their families to look for a solution of problems independently.	en
