dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o otázkách příčin sociálně exkluze romského etnika v České republice. Analyzuje historický vývoj a současný stav Romů po roce 1989. Definuje celou řadu negativní faktorů v sociálních oblastech, které zapříčinily hluboký socio-ekonomický propad Romů. Poukazuje na determinanty sociální exkluze, které měly podíl na rezidenční segregaci Romů a jejich diferenciaci od většinového obyvatelstva. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol, ve kterých jsou probírány jednotlivé okruhy romské problematiky, jakožto sociálního problému. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat hlavní příčiny sociální exkluze u tohoto etnika a naznačit možná inkluzivní východiska pro řešení exkluze. Práce je pojata z pohledu romského studenta, ve snaze přiblížit romský problém z jiného úhlu pohledu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with questions of causation of social exclusion of Romany ethnic group in the Czech Republic. It analyses the historical development and contemporary state of Romany people after 1989. It defines an entire row of negative factors in social spheres which have caused social and economic slump of Romany people. It refers to determinants of social exclusion which have partecipated on the residential segregation of Romany people and their differentiation from the majority population. The thesis is divided into five chapters in which there are discussed individual spheres of Romany issue as a social problem. The aim of the thesis is to describe the main causes of social exclusion of this ethnic group and give an indication of potential inclusive possibilities for solving of the exclusion. The thesis is approached from the point of view of a Romany student who tries to give an idea of Romany issue from a different angle.	en
