dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Etický kodex Policie České republiky a jeho aplikace v praxi. Práce je zaměřena na popis současné situace v rámci Policie České republiky z pohledu její role ve společnosti a plnění základních i specifických povinností policistů v kontextu dodržování etických norem vymezených v Etickém kodexu Policie České republiky. Součástí práce je analýza možných motivací a příčin, které mohou negativně ovlivnit chování policisty natolik, že se dopustí jednání, které se neslučuje ani s hodnotami Etického kodexu Policie České republiky ani s hodnotami samotné policejní činnosti. Závěrem práce jsou vybrané návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly přispět k posílení etiky policejní práce, a předejít tak neprofesionálnímu chování a jednání některých policistů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis theme is the Code of ethics of the Police of the Czech republic and its application in practice. The thesis is focused on the desrciption of the current situation within the Police of the Czech republic, from the perspective of its role in the society and the discharge of the basic and specific duties of policemen, in context of an observance of ethic codes, defined in the Code of ethics of the Police of the Czech republic. A part of this thesis is an analysis of possible motivations and causes, which can negatively affect the behavior of the policeman as much, that he commits action, that is incompatible with neither the Code of ethics values, nor the values of police work itself. At the final chapter there are some suggestions and hints, that could contribute to strenghtening of the Police work ethics and prevent from unprofessional behavior and some policemen actions.	en
