Diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem migrace, a to jak legální, tak především nelegální. Popisuje příčiny, důvody migrace a především se snaží upozornit na existenci, stav a formy páchání organizované trestné činnosti na úseku nelegální migrace. V diplomové práci jsou popsány trestné činy, které jsou spojeny s nelegální migrací: nelegální práce, obchod s lidmi, nedovolené překročení státních hranic a neoprávněný pobyt na území státu. V závěru práce se pokouším nalézt cesty, jak zabránit nelegální migraci, která je pro každou společnost nebezpečná, protože je páchána latentně a její důsledky jsou nebezpečné pro cílovou zemi jak ekonomicky, tak i politicky. Podkladem pro práci byly zákonné předpisy, odborná literatura, policejní vyšetřovací spisy a poznatky z vyšetřování tohoto druhu trestné činnosti. V praktické části diplomové práce jsem se pokusil upozornit na poznatek, že se naše republika stává, oproti letům minulým, ze země tranzitní zemí cílovou. |

This thesis deals with the concept of migration, both legal and especially illegal. Describes the causes, reasons for migration, and above all tries to draw attention to the existence, status and forms of committing organized crime in the area of illegal immigration. In this thesis are described crimes associated with illegal immigration, illegal labor, human trafficking, illegal border crossing and illegal residence in the country. In conclusion of the thesis, I try to find ways how to prevent illegal immigration, which is dangerous for any society because it is committed latently and its consequences are dangerous to the destination country, both economically and politically. The basis for the work were statutory regulations, technical literature, police investigation files and findings from the investigation of this type of crime. In the practical part of my thesis I have tried to draw attention to the knowledge that our country has become destination country in comparison with previous years when the Czech Republic was mostly used as a transit country. |
