dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Dítě jako subjekt rodinného práva". V mé práci se můžete seznámit s právními možnostmi ochrany dítěte. Dozvíte se základní informace o právu, o právech dítěte a o sociálně-právní ochraně dítěte. Rozebírám zde nejdůležitější články Úmluvy o právech dítěte, popsala jsem její vývoj, vznik, členění a základní principy. Zabývám se sociálně-právní ochranou dětí, je zde popis okruhu dětí,kterých se bezprostředně týká. Dále rozebírám podrobněji pojem "syndrom CAN" jako sociálně patologický jev v rodinách. Bakalářská práce je podložena kazuistikami týraných dětí, které nejlépe vystihují cíl mé bakalářské práce. Těmito konkrétními příklady jsem chtěla poukázat na nesmyslnost tělesných trestů a přiblížit veřejnosti nejzákladnější dětská práva.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The name of this bachalor thesis is "The child as a subject of the family law." In this work you can learn about legal possibility of the child's protection. I desribe the basic information about law, child rights and the legal social protection. I deal with the most important parts of Convention about child law, I have desribed the process, formation, structure and the basic rule. I am focusing on the legal social protection of the child, I decribe the band of children which are concern. The bachelor thesis is based on the case reports which the best characterised the aim of this work. These specific examples should point to nonsensicality of physical punishments and bring the basic child rights to the public.	en
