Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání žen na rodičovské dovolené, zabývá se tématy slaďování pracovní a rodinné role ženy, postavením žen na trhu práce a situací návratu žen po RD na trh práce. Dále se věnuje významu dalšího vzdělávání, motivům a bariérám v účasti na vzdělávání žen na RD a nabídkou vzdělávacích kurzů pro tyto ženy. V praktické části pak zkoumáme zájem žen o vzdělávání v průběhu rodičovské dovolené a úroveň informovanosti žen na RD o nabídce možností vzdělávání orientovaného na trh práce v období rodičovské dovolené ve Zlínském kraji. Tato práce chce ilustrovat nejen význam vzdělávání žen na rodičovské dovolené, ale také chce přispět k náhledu na slaďování sféry práce a rodiny nikoliv jakou dvou světů, ale světů, které se mohou vzájemně obohatit. |

The thesis focuses on the problems of woman education on parental leave, it deals with the topics of harmonizing work and family lives, the status of women on the job market and the situation during their return to the job market after the parental leave. The thesis also deals with the importance of further education, the reasons and the obstacles in woman educating on parental leave and the offers for the education courses intended for these women. The practical part aims on the examination of the interest in the education during the parental leave and the level of awareness of education possibilities oriented on the job market during parental leave in Zlin region. This thesis not only illustrates the importance of woman education on parental leave but also contributes to the view on harmonizing work and family lives as two worlds which can enrich each other. |
