dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je profesně zaměřena na problematiku policejního vzdělávání, konkrétně pojednává o motivaci policistů k dalšímu odbornému vzdělávání v programu celoživotního učení na policejních školách v České republice. Je zaměřena na vnější a vnitřní motivační stimuly. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde je přehled základních pojmů, dále je proveden rozbor možných motivačních faktorů ovlivňujících motivaci policistů k dalšímu odbornému vzdělávání a analýza složení policistů, kteří se účastní dalšího odborného vzdělávání. V praktické části je proveden empirický výzkum formou dotazníku ke zjištění míry a ovlivnění motivace k dalšímu odbornému vzdělávání policistů. Následuje vyhodnocení výzkumu, přínos pro praxi a závěr.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on the issue of police training and education, it especially discusses the motivation of police officers for their further professional training and education in the programme of lifelong learning at police schools in the Czech Republic. It focuses on internal and external motivational stimuli. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part in which there is the overview of the basic concepts, there is also the analysis of possible motivating factors influencing the motivation of police officers for their further training and the analysis of the composition of the police officers who participate in continuing vocational training. In the practical part there is conducted the empirical research using a questionnaire to determine the extent and the impact of motivation for continuing professional training of police officers. It is followed by the evalution of this research, its contribution to practice and the conclusion.	en
