dc.description.abstract	Základním tématem práce je profesní motivace příslušníků policie ČR. V teoretické části práce jsou objasněny pojmy motivace a stimulace a jednotlivé motivační teorie. V korespondenci s tématem je zde rozebrána organizace Policie České republiky a jsou charakterizovány úkoly policistů v přímém výkonu. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky výzkumu, zkoumající motivační i demotivační faktory působící na policisty.	cs

The theoretical part defines motivation and stimulation, and describes several motivational theories. There is also explained organization of Police of the Czech Republic and working conditions and tasks of the police officers in direct service.
