Má bakalářská práce se zabývá empatií a nasloucháním v ošetřovatelské péči. Cílem je zjistit, zda sestry věnují v ošetřovatelské péči dostatečnou pozornost empatii a komunikaci, zda si všímají i neverbálních projevů pacienta a do jaké míry s nimi navazují své vztahy. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na problematiku empatie, naslouchání a komunikaci. Dále vymezuji vnímání prosociálního chování a altruismu. S těmito tématy úzce souvisí i syndrom vyhoření, kterému se v práci také věnuji. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky průzkumu, který byl proveden kvantitativní technikou dotazníkového šetření. |

My bachelor thesis deals with the empathy and with listening skills in nursing care. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether nurses pay enough attention to empathy and communication in the nursing care, if they take notice of nonverbal expressions of patients and to what extent they establish relations with them. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I focus on issues about empathy, listening and communication. Next I define perception of prosocial behaviour and altruism. In my thesis I also devote to burn out syndrome, which is closely connected with these issues. The practical part is done by quantitative questionnaire survey technique and the results of the research are presented there. |
