dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na život rodiny dialyzovaného pacienta. V teoretické části je popisována anatomie ledvin, akutní a chronické selhání ledvin, indikace a kontraindikace hemodialýzy, dialyzační přístroj a samotný dialyzační proces. Také zahrnuje možné cévní přístupy pro samotné provádění hemodialýzy, výživu dialyzovaného pacienta a život rodiny a pacienta. Praktická část je zaměřena na průzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníky byly směřovány na rodinu prostřednictvím samotného dialyzovaného pacienta na dialyzačním oddělení. Cílem tohoto dotazníkového šetření bylo zjistit, jestli se rodina zajímá o léčbu a dodržování režimu pacienta, znají-li jak správně pečovat o permanentní centrální/cévní katétr a v čem příbuzné omezuje dialyzační léčba pacienta.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis is focused on the Family Life of a Dialyzed Patient. In the theoretical part there is described the anatomy of kidney, acute and chronical renal failure, indications and contraindications of hemodialysis, dialysis machine and the dialysis process itself. The work also includes hemodialysis vascular accesses for the process of hemodialysis, patient's diet and the life of the family and the patient. The practical part is focused on the research based on guestioning. The questionnaires were oriented the family to a dialyzed patient in the department of dialysis. The aim of this research was to find out if the family is interested in the treatment and in the intake of the patient and if they know how to take care about a permanent central/vascular catheter and in what ways are relatives limited by the treatment of the dialyzed patient.	en
