Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval v první kapitole stařím a stárnutím obyvatelstva, ve druhé kapitole demografickými aspekty stárnutí, kde jsem popsal, co nám přináší a jaké to má důsledky. Ve třetí části jsem poukázal na rodinu, jaké plní funkce, jaký je rozdíl mezi dřívějšími formami rodin a jejím současným vývojem. V kapitole číslo čtyři jsem definoval pojem komprehenzivní rehabilitace s formami a typy rehabilitací. V poslední teoretické kapitole jsem se zaměřil na domácí péči o seniora, využití služeb pečovatelské péče, ošetřovatelské péče a obvodního lékaře. V praktické části jsem provedl kazuistiku několika případů domácí péče, společně s rozhovory pečujících osob a osob, které nemají v péči nesoběstačného seniora. |

In the first chapter of my thesis I focused on the old age and ageing process of the population. In the second chapter I focused on the demographic aspects of ageing describing the real consequences of ageing. The third chapter of my thesis includes the family and the function of a family along with the difference between the earlier forms of family and its current evolution. In chapter four I defined the meaning of comprehensive rehabilitation while applying different forms and types of rehabilitation. In the last theoretical chapter I focused on home care for the elderly, nursing care and cooperation with GPs. In the practical part I described some homecare cases along with the interviews of caregivers and people who do not care of elderly persons. |
