Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je motivace policistů, která je zaměřena na přímý výkon služby. Práce objasňuje a charakterizuje pojem motivace, popisuje motivační teorie, zdroje motivace a osvětluje pojmy, které se k motivaci vztahují. Představuje organizaci a řízení Policie ČR, úkoly jednotlivých služeb policie, oprávnění a povinnosti policistů. Dále se věnuje profesní motivaci policistů a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Součástí práce je výzkum vztahující se k motivaci policistů se zaměřením na zjištění aspektů s největším pozitivním motivačním vlivem. Práce je určena zejména pro vedoucí pracovníky na všech stupních řízení a její výsledky mohou být využity v procesu motivace policistů. Poučná však může být také pro řadové policisty vykonávající přímý výkon služby. |

The main topic of this thesis is motivation of police officers, which is focused on direct service performance. The work clarifies and explains the concept of motivation, describes the motivation theory, sources of motivation and clarifies the terms that relate to motivation. The work presents the organization and management of the Police of the Czech Republic, the tasks of police services, the powers and duties of police officers. The work also deals with professional police motivation and factors affecting it. The thesis includes research related to the motivation of police officers with a focus on finding aspects with the most positive motivational influence. The work is intended for managers at all levels of management and its results can be used in the process of motivation of policemen. The thesis may also be instructive for ordinary policemen performing direct service performance. |
