Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem alternativních trestů z pohledu příslušníků Policie České republiky, jaké názory a postoje k tomuto typu sankcionování policisté zastávají. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy trestního zákoníku a samotný pojem al-ternativního trestu, jaké jsou pozitiva alternativního sankcionování a jednotlivé druhy alternativních trestů. Dále je uvedena kapitola týkající se probační činnosti a Probační a me-diační služby. Poslední kapitola obsahuje informace o samotných příslušnících Policie České republiky a jejich součinnosti s Probační a mediační službou. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jaký význam z různých hledisek alternativním trestům poli-cisté přisuzují. Dotazníkové šetření zkoumá, zda respondenti s ukládáním alternativních trestů souhlasí, zda je považují za efektivnější oproti trestu odnětí svobody a jak se staví k novele trestního zákoníku, částem týkajících se alternativních trestů. |

Thesis deals with the importance of alternative sentences from the perspective of the Police of the Czech Republic, what opinions and attitudes towards this type of sanctioning police holds. In the theoretical part the basic terminology of the Criminal Code and the very term of alternative sentences are defined, what are the positives of alternative sanctioning and various types of alternative sentences. The next chapter lists probation activities and Pro-bation and Mediation Service. The last chapter contains information about members of the Police of the Czech Republic and their cooperation with the Probation and Mediation Ser-vice. The aim of the practical part is to ascertain the importance policemen attribute to various aspects of alternative sentences. The questionnaire survey examines whether respondents agree with imposing alternative sentences, whether they consider alternative sentences more effective than imprisonment, and what they think about the amendment to the Crimi-nal Code, esp. sections relating to alternative sentences. |
