dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části této bakalářské práce je popsáno postavení ženy v průběhu doby a vývoj rodiny. Definovány jsou pojmy mateřská a rodičovská dovolená. Dále se zabý-vám souvislostmi mezi vzděláním a délkou mateřské dovolené. Zaměřuji se na pro-blematiku sociální izolace a možností pro volný čas jak s dítětem, tak bez něj. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum sociální izolace maminek v Kroměříži, s cílem podat obrázek o tom, jak vnímají případnou izolaci a vyrovnávání se s ní.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In the theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis described the position of women in the course of time and the evolution of the family. There are concepts of maternity and parental leave. Furthermore, I explore the relation between education and the length of maternity leave. I am focusing on the problem of social isolation, and possibilities for leisure time as a child, so without him. The practical part is focused on research into the social isolation of mothers in Kro-měříž, in order to submit a picture of how they perceive the eventual isolation and dealing with her.	en
