Tato práce se zabývá vlivem nezaměstnanosti na manželské soužití a rodinnou situaci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části své práce se věnuji problematice nezaměstnanosti, rizikovým skupinám, které jsou ohroženy nezaměstnaností více než jiní, reakcím na ztrátu zaměstnání, důsledkům nezaměstnanosti, ale také tomu, jak působí nezaměstnanost na rodinu nezaměstnaného. V závěru práce nastíním možné formy pomoci nezaměstnaným. Cílem praktické části je zjištění vlivu nezaměstnanosti na manželské soužití a rodinnou situaci. Cílem výzkumu není zmapovat pouze zhoršený ekonomický stav rodiny, který bývá hlavním důsledkem ztráty zaměstnání jednoho z manželů, ale ponořit se více do hloubky problému a podat tak komplexní obraz života rodiny s nezaměstnaným členem. |

The topic of my diploma thesis is influence of unemployment on matrimonial coexistence and family situation. There are two parts in my diploma thesis ? the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part introduces problems of unemployment, risk groups, which are exposure to danger more than other, response on job loss, consequences of unemployment, and the way how unemployment actions on the whole family situation. At the end I outline eventual help to unemployed people. The objective of the practical part is to find influence on the matrimonial coexistence and the family situation. The purpose of survey isn?t only chart worse economic status, which use to be the main result of unemployment, but become absorbed in this problem and afford complex scene of the family live with the unemployment member. |
