Bakalářská práce, Střídavá výchova ? její klady a zápory, se zabývá relativně novým institutem, jakým může být upravena péče o děti po rozchodu rodičů. Soud by o ní měl rozhodnout, pokud dospěje k přesvědčení, že tak budou lépe (než jiným způsobem) zajištěny potřeby nezletilého dítěte. Proto se práce zabývá jednak celým souborem kritérií, podle nichž soud zkoumá vhodnost této úpravy v každém konkrétním případě, a dále poskytuje objektivní seznam kladů, ale i záporů, které s sebou tento institut přináší. |

The bachelor thesis named ?Upbringing care - its negatives and positives?, concerns itself with this relatively new institute, which can be used to correct the child care after parental divorce. The court should decide about it by coming to the conviction, that this way is better than others to take care of child needs. Therefore thesis focuses on whole set of criteria, by which the court examines suitability of joint custody in each single case, and also contains objective list of positives and negatives, which are connected to this institute. |
