Úvodní část je věnována především obecnému pohledu na vznik zátěže a její vymezení. Sem spadá stručný popis vzniku zátěže, možné druhy zátěžových situací, stres a s ním spojená posttraumatická stresová porucha. Dále se zaměřuji na zvládání zátěže a možné techniky. Ve druhé kapitole uvádím historii novodobých misí a jejich přínos. Zabývám se požadavky na výběr vojáků, jejich fyzickou a psychickou přípravu a v neposlední řadě také péči o vojáky a krizovou intervenci v době mise i po jejím ukončení. Ve třetí kapitole se zmiňuji o psychické zátěži vojáků na misích a jejich obtížích po ukončení mise. Uvádím preventivní postupy snižující riziko možných obtíží. Výzkumná částje zaměřena na přípravu dotazníku, sběr dat, zpracování, vyhodnocení a interpretaci získaných výsledků. Cílem průzkumu je určit, jaké jsou nejzávažnější příčiny a důsledky zátěže při účasti vojáků z povolání na zahraničních misích. V závěru uvádím i navrhovaná opatření na snížení stresových situací. |

The opening part of this undergraduate diploma work is mainly devoted to a general overview of the process of strain/stress development and its defining ? as for the brief description of strain development, different kinds of stressful situations, stress itself and the Post-trauma Stress Disorder. Further more the work deals with stress managing and techniques. The second chapter depicts the history of modern military missions and their benefits. There are criteria of soldiers' selection, their physical and psychical preparation, relevant care and the emergency intervention in the time of mission and afterwards. Next chapter brings the topic of psychical stress experienced by soldiers during the mission and their troubles following its end. There are stated some preventive methods reducing the risks of possible disorders. The experimental part of this work is focused on the questionnaire preparation, data collecting, their processing, evaluation and interpretation of results. The research aim was to define the most crucial causes and impacts of carrier soldiers' stress experienced during their service in foreign military missions.The work conclusion states some suggestions leading to reducing of stressful situations. |
