dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá resocializačním procesem ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem práce je popsat historii a vývoj vězeňství, jednotlivé determinanty resocializačního procesu. Detreminanty dělí do dvou základních okruhů. První okruh jsou determinanty osobnostní, druhý okruh popisuje determinanty penitenciární. Součástí diplomové práce je dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi zaměstnanci Vězeňské služby České republiky. Cílem je zjistit, jaký mají zaměstnanci VS postoj k Vězeňské službě a zejména to, jaký zaujímají postoj k resocializačnímu procesu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This theis deals with the process resocialization in prison. The aim is to describle the history and development of the prison, the individual determinants of resocialization process. Determinants fall into two basic areas. The first group is the determinants of personality, the second circuit describes the determinant sof penitentiary. The thesis is a surfy that was conducted among employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out chat employees have VS stance on the Prison Service and in particular chat an atttude to resocialization process.	en
