Diplomová práce zpracovává téma vzdělávání seniorů, které je důležité v dnešní době chápat jako sociální nutnost. Problematikou stárnutí populace, s cílem dosažení aktivního, plnohodnotného a prakticky soběstačného života, se společnost zabývá od 80. let minulého století. Jedním z prostředků, jak se lze s touto sociální situací vyrovnat, je vzdělávání seniorů. Jeho cílem je usnadnit seniorům adaptaci na stáří, možnost sebeuplatnění a zlepšení či alespoň udržení kvality života. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy související s tématy stáří, stárnutí, vzdělávání seniorů, kvalita života. Předkládá demografické hledisko a nejdůležitější aktivity i dokumenty řešení problematiky stárnutí z pohledu celosvětového, EU i České republiky. Uvádí závěry výzkumného projektu "Vzdělávání dospělých v různých fázích životního cyklu". Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vzdělávání seniorů ve svitavském okrese. Ze závěrů práce vyplynula nutnost vazby tématu na sociální pedagogiku. |

The thesis deals with education of seniors, which should be understood as social necessity at present. The society has been concerned with issues of ageing of the population, aiming at reaching active, adequate and practically self-sufficient life since the 1980s. Education of seniors is one of possibilities how to deal with the social situation. Its objective is to make adaptation of seniors to old age easier, to give them chance to assert themselves and to improve or at least maintain quality of life. In the theoretical part, terms connected with the topics of old age, ageing, education of seniors and quality of life are defined. The demographic point of view is presented as well as the most important activities and documents dealing with the issues of ageing worldwide,in the EU and in the Czech Republic. Conclusions of the research project "Education of Adults on Different Stages of Life Cycle". Aim of the thesis is to analyse education of seniors in the District of Svitavy. Necessity of connection of the topic with social pedagogy results from conclusions of the thesis. |
