Cílem mé diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt na zlepšení kvality gastronomických služeb v Lašské bráně Beskyd. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce se věnuji cestovnímu ruchu, gastronomii a charakterizuji analytické metody, které jsem v práci použila. Jedná se o SWOT analýzu, marketingový výzkum a analýzu konkurence. Praktická část charakterizuje a analyzuje turistickou destinaci a gastronomická zařízení. V projektové části jsou navrženy možnosti jak zlepšit kvalitu gastronomických služeb. Jsou zde popsány náklady spojené s projektem, personální a mate-riální zabezpečení, způsoby možnosti financování a zhodnocení rizik, která mohou působit na projekt. Projekt má tak ve svém důsledku vést k podpoře a zkvalitnění gastronomických služeb v dané oblasti. |

The goal of the thesis is to create a project to improve the quality of catering services in Lasska brana Beskyd. The thesis is divided into two parts ? theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the thesis I am focusing on tourism, gastronomy and characterization of the analytical methods which I have used in the thesis. This includes SWOT anlaysis, mar-keting research and competition analysis. The practical part describes the tourist destination and catering facilities. In the project part there are alternatives proposed to improve the quality of the catering services. There is a description of project costs, personal and techni-cal resources, the ways of financing the project and evaluation of the risks that can affect the project. The result of this project is to support and improve the catering services in specific area. |
