dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a syndrom vyhoření v povolání zdravotní sestry. Profese zdravotní sestry je fyzický i psychicky náročná a patří mezi pomáhající profese, které jsou ohroženy vznikem syndromu vyhoření. Cílem práce je upozornit na možná rizika spojená se stresem a negativní dopad profesního vyhoření nejen u zdravotních sester, ale i dalších pracovníků z oblasti pomáhajících profesí. Dále poukázat na závažnost tohoto dlouhodobého problému, zdůraznit úlohu prevence a nastínit možnosti jeho řešení s pomocí možností sociální pedagogiky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis deals with stress problematics and burn out syndrom in the profession of nurse. Medical nurse profession belongs to physical and psychological challenging professions with high risk of burn out syndrom formation. Task of the thesis is to highlight the potential risks associated with stress and negative impact of professional burnout, not only for nurses but also other workers in the helping professions. Also point out the seriousness of this long term problem, stressing the role of prevention and outline its possible solution by using the options of social pedagogy.	en
