dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce s názvem ?Stresové faktory v práci policie? se v teoretické části věnuje popisu oddělení Odboru služby pořádkové policie Krajského ředitelství policie hlavního města Prahy. V druhé polovině teoretické části je popsána problematika stresu, psychické a fyzické projevy a jeho příznaky. V závěru jsou uvedeny důsledky působení stresu na policisty. Ve výzkumné části je zachycen vliv aktuálních stresových faktorů, které působí na policisty a jejich vyhodnocení. Výzkum je prováděn pomocí kvantitativní metody a to formou dotazníku, což tvoří stěžejní část diplomové práce. V závěru jsou uvedena možná řešení a návrhy na zmírnění či eliminaci negativních dopadů stresu v práci u policie.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis titled ?Stress factors in police work? is dedicated to the description of the division of Riot Police Service Department of Regional Police Head Office in Prague. In the second half of the theoretical part there is a description of the stress as the issue, mental and physical signs and symptoms. The conclusion specifies the consequences of stress on police officers. Research part records the influence of actual stress factors that affect police officers and their evaluation. Research is conducted using quantitative methods, a questionnaire, which forms a fundamental part of the thesis. The conclusion obtains eventual solutions and proposals to mitigate or eliminate the negative impacts of stress at workwith the police.	en
