dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku kriminality páchané na seniorech a prevenci, která se na ni zaměřuje. Kriminalita páchaná na seniorech je v práci popsána jako sociálně patologický problém naší společnosti. Značná pozornost je věnována seniorovi jako oběti trestné činnosti. Důraz je kladen zejména na prevenci a předcházení tohoto jevu se snahou o jeho úspěšnou eliminaci. Význam práce spočívá ve snaze poukázat na danou problematiku a zmapovat systém odhalování a pomoci v praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis describes questions of criminality committed to seniors and prevention focusing on that issue. Criminality committed to seniors is defined in this work as a socially pathological problem of our society. Broad attention is paid to a senior being a victim of a criminal act. The emphasis is placed especially on prevention, on the aim to prevent this phenomenon from happening and its successful elimination. The significance of this work lies in the aim to point at the problem and map the system of detection and help in the field.	en
