Práce se zabývá institutem Aktivní zálohy ozbrojených sil České republiky s důrazem na osobu občana ? aktivního záložníka. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá institutem aktivní zálohy jako takovým, včetně jeho historie, personálními otázkami, legislativou, zahraničními zkušenostmi a také jeho možnou budoucností. Empirická, praktická část, je zaměřena na sociologický výzkum s cílem zjistit profil příslušníka tohoto institutu. Výzkum proběhl formou dotazníku, distribuovaného cestou jednotlivých Krajských vojenských velitelství všem jeho příslušníkům. |

The work deals with the institution of the Active Reserves of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, stressing the individual personalities of the members of the Active Reserves. The work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the institution of the Active Reserves in general, concerning their history, personal questions, legislation, foreign experience and their possible future. The empirical, or practical part consists of a sociological research, the aim of which is to find out the profile of a member of this institution. The research was carried on in form of questionnaires distributed by the regional army headquarters to all their members. |
