Tato diplomová práce pojednává o Postavení osob s tělesným postižením ve společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Teoretická část pojednává o tělesném postižení, významných osobnostech, které se zasloužily o rozvoj oboru, o vzdělávání jedinců s tělesným postižením, charakterizuje pojetí ucelené rehabilitace a v závěru se věnuje oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zjištění, zda jedinci se zdravotním postižením mají dostatečnou podporu v oblasti zaměstnávání ze strany státu a jaké jsou možnosti uplatnění na volném trhu práce. |

This thesis discusses the status of persons with disabilities in society. The works is divided into five chapters. The theoretical part deals with the disability, important personalities who cintributed to the development field, the education of individuals with disabilities, describes the concept of comprehensive rehabilitation and finally deals with the employment of people with disabilities. Research is focused on determining whether individuals with disabilities have adequate support in the area of employment by the state and what are the possibilities of the free labor market. |
