dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Učící se organizace v systému firemní kultury" se zabývá možností zavádění principů učící se organizace v rámci firemní kultury dvou státních základních škol. První a druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretickou rovinu tématu. V navazujících dvou kapitolách jsem analyzovala dvě státní základní školy a následně navrhla možnosti zavádění učící se organizace do prostřední základní školy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor Thesis "Learning Organization in the System of Corporate Culture" is concerned with the possibility of implementing principles of learning organization within the corporate culture of the two state primary schools. The first and the second chapter is focused on the theoretical level of the topic. In the subsequent two chapters, I analyzed two state primary schools and then suggested the possibility of implementing a learning organization into the surrounding of the primary school.	en
