Cílem tohoto projektu je vytvořit systém měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku metodou Ba-lanced Scorecard, resp. navrhnout a následně implementovat koncept BSC do systému ří-zení podniku PAPCEL, a.s., jehož hlavní činností je výroba strojů a zařízení pro papírenský průmysl. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu ?výkonnost podniku? a cha-rakteristikou přístupů zabývajících se jeho hodnocením. Následně pojednává o strategické analýze a jejích metodách. V závěru teoretické části je charakterizován samotný koncept BSC. Praktická část je zahájena představením podniku PAPCEL, a.s. a dále pokračuje stra-tegickou analýzou, finanční a nefinanční analýzou podniku. Tyto rozbory jsou podkladem pro tvorbu konceptu BSC s návrhem všech předpokladů k jeho úspěšné implementaci do systému řízení podniku. |

The aim of this project is to devise a system for measuring and controlling business per-formance with the use of Balanced Scorecard method, i.e. to devise and then implement the BSC concept into the management control system of the PAPCEL, a.s. company, whose core business is to produce machines and machinery for paper industry. The theoretical part deals with definition of the term ?business performance? and also with approaches to business performance evaluation. Then it continues with the strategic analysis and its methods. The final section of the theoretical part is devoted to description of the BSC concept. The practical part begins with the introduction of the PAPCEL, a.s. company and it continues with the strategic analysis, financial and non-financial analysis of the business. These analyses serve as the basis for the project of BSC concept together with all prerequisites for its successful implementation into the management control system. |
