Práce pojednává o Standardech kvality sociálních služeb a jejich vlivu na adaptaci uživatelů na život v zařízení sociálních služeb. První část je věnována historickému vývoji sociální politiky a péči o nemocné a postižené. Další část se zabývá změnami ve stáří, procesem adaptace při umístění do domova pro seniory a jejími fázemi. Třetí kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na současnou péči o seniory, přibližuje zákon č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách a Standardy kvality sociálních služeb. V praktické části se seznámíme s konkrétním zařízením sociálních služeb. Mezi uživateli tohoto zařízení byl prováděn výzkum. Jeho cílem bylo zjistit a zhodnotit, zda nové pojetí sociálních služeb přispívá k lepší adaptaci uživatelů při přechodu z domácího prostředí do zařízení sociálních služeb. |

The thesis deals with the standards of quality of social services and their influence on adaptation of users on life in a facility of social services. The first part is dedicated to historical development of social politics and care of ill and handicapped persons. Another part describes the changes in old age, the process of adaptation after placing into senior home and its phases. The third chapter of the theoretical part deals with present care of seniors, the Act Nr. 108/2006 Coll. about social services, and the standards of quality of social services. In the practical part, the reader becomes acquainted with a concrete facility of social services. A survey was made among users of this facility. The aim was to discover and evaluate if the new conception of social services contributes to better adaptation of users from home backgrounds to facilities of social services. |
