Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickými poruchami chování u žáků na nižším stupni základní školy. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje pojem a definici poruchy chování, dále její klasifikaci z hlediska pedagogického a medicínského a typy poruch chování. Druhá kapitola se zabývá terminologií specifických poruch chování, jejich klasifikací, příčinami vzniku hyperkinetické poruchy, rizikovými faktory v rodině a ve školním prostředí, diagnostikou a léčbou. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na problematiku vzdělávání žáků se specifickými poruchami chování, prostředí školy, rodiny a přístup rodičů k dítěti s hyperkinetickou poruchou. Ve čtvrté kapitole je věnována pozornost intervenci ve školním prostředí, v rodině a systému poradenských služeb. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vlastní výzkum. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum s využitím případových studií. Cílem práce je na základě výzkumného šetření shromáždit dostupné teoretické poznatky a podrobně analyzovat vývoj sledovaných chlapců se specifickou poruchou chování ve školním i rodinném prostředí, dále zjistit, které rizikové faktory se podílely na rozvoji poruchy chování a v průběhu let i na zhoršení chování. |

The thesis deals with behavioural disturbance of pupils in lower classes of basic school. The theoretical part is divided in four chapters. The first chapter specifies the concept and definition of the behavioural disturbance, its classification from the pedagogic and medical points of view and the types of behavioural disturbance. The second chapter refers to the terminology of specific behaviour disorders, their classification, reasons for occurrence, hyperkinetic disorders, risk factors in the family and at school, diagnostics and treatment. The third chapter is focused on the issue of education of pupils with specific behaviour disorders, the environment of school and family, approach of parents to the child having a hyperkinetic disorder. The fourth chapter features the intervention in school environment, in the family and in the system of consultancy services. The practical part describes the research itself. This refers to qualitative research utilizing the case studies. The objective of this thesis is to gather theoretical knowledge available based on research investigation and to analyse in detail the development of the monitored pupils with the specific behavioural disturbance in the school and family environment, and in addition to that, to find out which of the risk factors participated in the development of the behaviour disorder and in worse behaviour in the course of years. |
