dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza stavu informovanosti žen o programu dárcovství oocytů a embryí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí (teoretické a praktické). V teoretické části jsou popsány etické a právní aspekty dárcovského programu, výběr vhodných dárců, samotný proces dárcovství a možná rizika spojená s hormonální stimulací oocytů v ženském těle. Praktická část popisuje metodiku výzkumu a je v ní provedena analýza výsledků získaných dotazníkovým způsobem. Výsledky jsou prezentovány ve formě tabulek a grafů spolu s příslušným slovním popisem. V sekci diskuse jsou zhodnoceny výsledky práce a je provedeno porovnání s výsledky jiné práce na podobné téma.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of the women awareness about the do-nation program of the oocytes and embryos. The paper is divided into two parts (the theoretical and the practical one). In the theoretical part, there are described ethical and legal aspects of the donor program, the selection of suitable donors, the donation process, and the possible risks caused by the hormonal stimulation of oocyte donation in women. The practical part describes the methodology of research, and the results obtained by the questionnaire method are analyzed. Final outputs are presented in the form of tables and graphs, and they are also described verbally. In the discussion section of the work the fin-dings are evaluated and the comparison to another bachelor work on a similar topic is performed.	en
